WATCH: 11th grader’s video of a thunderstorm goes viral

Here's a time lapse of last night's thunderstorm shot from my dorm's balcony. 😅🙏
Consisting of 214 pictures all piled up, took me an hour to shoot this. DO WATCH IN HD GUYS! 💕
The movement may look glitchy or the render seems to be wrong or whatever but that's because the photos were lacking, unfortunately my batt died. And I don't want to post a very short vid so I didn't speed it up to it's right speed. I'll try do better next time.

An 11th grader in Cebu City caught on camera a looming thunderstorm above Barangay Talamban in a time lapse video composed of 214 photos.
John Beryl Go, a 17-year-old University of San Carlos student, said he captured the photos Wednesday night from his dormitory's balcony in Cebu City.
As of this posting, Go's Facebook video has garnered more than 11,000 views, 1,200 likes, and 40 shares.
Photos of the thunderstorm he posted on Twitter has meanwhile drawn more than 50,000 likes and has been retweeted more than 20,000 times.

I kept on texting everyone last night to go out and they didn't listen. So here's what some of ya'll missed. 🙏 Took these at Talamban,Cebu.
"I think I was grade 5 or 6 that I loved taking pictures. Since I also love cycling, I took pictures of anything I see when cycling back home," Go told ABS-CBN News.
The teenager said his desire to master photography grew when his father gave him a professional-level camera for his birthday last January.
He said he did not expect his photos of last week's thunderstorm to go viral.
Go competed in a photo contest during the Sinulog Festival last December and has shot several short films with friends.
